چکیده
the goal of human development as can be understood by concept is to benefit every person in his / her life. it means improvement in living quality & standards. while the extension of employment and increasing of income are necessary , they are not the goals of development, but means to extend human development. the goal of development is to grow and extend of human abilities. human development has two sides; forming human abilities by investment in human resources and understanding the ways of applying these abilities to participate in increasing income and employment. some scientists believe that human development is only human resource development. investment in human resource is only one side of human development and the other side which is participating people to increase the growth by employment and making income is very important. some other believe that human development is a one sided package such as investment in health, education, social services and so on. but human development contains multidimensional programs, activities and macroeconomic policies and the final goal is that economic growth cause improving in people welfare. human development has another important side. it should be stable which means respecting the future generation rights by renewing all types of capitals and services. in this paper we have a short review on human development and its important effective factors.
